Golden Tap Giveaway As a thank-you for supporting our Adopt-A-Tree program, every adoption is automatically entered into our Golden Tap Giveaway. One lucky supporter will receive a ½ gallon of our Pure Gold Vermont maple syrup, wood-fired and single-origin from our family sugarhouse. No extra steps, no sign-ups — just adopt a tree, support our sugarbush, and you’re in. Food & Perishable Items
We do not accept returns or offer refunds on food products, including maple syrup, maple confections, and other edible items. This policy is in place to ensure food safety and product quality.
Adopt-a-Maple / Digital Products
Adopt-a-Maple purchases, digital adoption certificates, and other digital or experiential products are non-refundable once purchased. These programs include immediate digital delivery, charitable contributions, and seasonal content, and therefore cannot be reversed.
Shipping Issues or Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at puregoldsugaring@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will review the situation and, if appropriate, offer a replacement at our discretion.
Digital Items
All Adopt-a-Maple tiers include a digital adoption certificate and seasonal updates, which are delivered via email. Digital items are typically sent within 24 - 48 hours of purchase.
