RETURN POLICY

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges on maple syrup, maple products, gift cards, or digital items. This policy helps us ensure food safety and product quality for all customers.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll make it right with a replacement or refund when appropriate. Please contact us at

PAYMENT METHODS

We accept all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover, along with Apple Pay and Google Pay where available. Pure Gold Sugaring e-gift cards are also accepted and can be redeemed at checkout. All payments are processed securely.

SHIPPING POLICY 

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2–4 business days. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping times may vary based on location, weather, carrier delays, and seasonal demand. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier after your order leaves our facility.

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Pure Gold Sugaring is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
