Food & Perishable Items
We do not accept returns or offer refunds on food products, including maple syrup, maple confections, or any edible items. This policy is in place to ensure food safety and quality for all customers.
Adopt-a-Maple / Digital Products
Adopt-a-Maple purchases, digital adoption certificates, and any digital or experiential items are non-refundable once purchased. These programs are time- and impact-based and include immediate benefits such as digital delivery, charitable contributions, and seasonal updates.
Shipping Issues or Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at puregoldsugaring@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will review the situation and, if appropriate, offer a replacement at our discretion.

All Adopt-a-Maple tiers include a digital adoption certificate and seasonal updates, which are delivered via email. Digital items are typically sent within 24 - 48 hours of purchase.
