• Maple Syrup: Unopened syrup should be stored in a cool, dark place. After opening, refrigerate immediately and keep tightly sealed. • Maple Cream & Confections: Store in the refrigerator and keep sealed when not in use. • Maple Sugar & Granulated Products: Store in a cool, dry place in an airtight container to prevent clumping.

Shipping Issues or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at puregoldsugaring@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will review the situation and, if appropriate, offer a replacement at our discretion.

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.

Food & Perishable Items

We do not accept returns or offer refunds on food products, including maple syrup, maple cream, maple sugar, maple confections, and other edible items. This policy ensures food safety, quality control, and compliance with handling standards.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
