• Maple Syrup: Unopened syrup should be stored in a cool, dark place. After opening, refrigerate immediately and keep tightly sealed.
• Maple Cream & Confections: Store in the refrigerator and keep sealed when not in use.
• Maple Sugar & Granulated Products: Store in a cool, dry place in an airtight container to prevent clumping.

Proper storage helps preserve flavor, texture, and freshness so you can enjoy every drop of our single-origin, wood-fired Vermont maple goodness.

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.

Food & Perishable Items

We do not accept returns or offer refunds on food products, including maple syrup, maple cream, maple sugar, maple confections, and other edible items. This policy ensures food safety, quality control, and compliance with handling standards.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
