Forget caramel corn, this maple remix is amazing!
This super simple recipe is perfect for those of you with a sweet tooth. We all know caramel corn is a classic treat but this maple remix is even better! And with Easter fast approaching it’s a perfect addition to all the other sweets you’ll be enjoying.
- 2/3 cup of popcorn
- 1 1/2 cup of maple syrup
- 5 tbsp. butter
- Pop popcorn and place in a large bowl for mixing
- Boil maple syrup and butter to 295 degrees
- Quickly pour over popcorn and fold in with a buttered wooden spoon
- Pour out onto large cookie sheets, when cool store in an airtight container and enjoy!
